Founded in 2016, Jiangsu Nebula Electronic Technology is specialized in integrated circuit (IC) design and application technologies with focus on new energy and smart grid market. We provide pioneering ICs for communication,including PLC (Power Line Communication) and RF-PLC (Radio Frequency & PLC Dual Mode Communication), acquisition, including ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter) and EBMS (Extended Battery Management System), and processing, including Microcontroller Unit (MCU). They build up 4 key components of Artificial Intelligence of Things (AloT): cloud, channel, edge, and terminal. We believed that “system defines the chip(IC), chip leads the future”.
Nebula Tech has overcome multiple technology barriers and possesses full-process design flow and testing capabilities for ICs and solutions. With our IC-Orchestra IC design platform, we have successfully developed multiple original core ICs and application modules. Products of Nebula Tech involve a system of Artificial Intelligence of Things (AloT), ranging from operating systems (OS), network communication, to cloud-based applications. They are now effectively operating in fields of energy data acquisition, electric power distribution, energy storage, distributed photovoltaic, intelligent energy control, comprehensive energy services, smart home, electric two-wheelers, protective relay, etc.
Over the last few years, Nebula Tech enjoyed a high reputation and was granted multiple rewards. We are a Chinese high-tech enterprise and a Chinese science and technology SME. In 2018, the company was the first to launch a domestic high-precision ADC IC for protective relay, breaking the long-term monopoly of foreign companies and receiving an award from the Ministry of Science and Technology; In 2019, we operated as a leading company in Technology Commercialization and Application Project of Jiangsu; In 2020, we were awarded as a Leading Innovation Enterprise of Nanjing; from 2021 to 2023, we were enrolled in Nanjing Unicorn Company Project for three consecutive years; In 2023, we were rated as a "specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative SME” in Jiangsu; and we have established an industrial & technological innovation center of Nanjing.
